How long is the promotion valid? The promotion period is from 8.03.2021 – 16.04.2021. The purchase date according to the purchase receipt is valid. Entries with a purchase date outside the promotion period will not be considered.
The registration and entry deadline is 30.04.2021 (the date of the postmark is decisive). Later registrations or entries will not be considered.

How do I determine the value of my devices? You select your device using the search function, enter the necessary information about the condition and immediately receive a price proposal. The final offer is made after the technical inspection. Deductions may be made for visual and technical defects such as insufficient battery capacity, burnt-in symbols, discoloured screens, etc.
How do I get my money? If the inspection of the device confirms your condition information, we will usually transfer your credit to you within 7 days. If our final offer differs from the price proposal, you will be contacted. In such a case, you have the choice of accepting the final offer or receiving your device back. However, you will then not be entitled to the trade-in bonus of 10%.
What happens during inspection of the devices? All devices are reset with a special programme before the inspection and all personal data is irrevocably deleted. Any armoured glass must be removed and will not be replaced. Our inspection team then checks all functions and the condition of the device, regardless of your rating on recommerce.ch.
